Founded in 1824, the RNLI stands as a beacon of hope, providing a 24-hour lifeboat search and rescue service and seasonal lifeguard services across the UK and Ireland. From stormy nights to treacherous waters, they are there, pushing boundaries to save lives. Over its storied history, the RNLI has saved over 143,000 lives, earning a reputation as a vital force in maritime safety. When others step back, they step forward.
The Bremont RNLI S500 watch is based on the first diving watch Bremont ever produced, the 43mm Supermarine 500 which was introduced back in 2009. The watch had to also hold its own against any other mechanical professional diving watch in terms of engineering, design, and price point.
The limited edition RNLI, of 200 timepieces, incorporates a blue metal dial with applied indexes, RNLI printed in white at 6 ‘clock and the anniversary date 1824 - 2024 in the iconic RNLI Lifeboat orange, to commemorate the year the Royal National Lifeboat Institution was founded. The watch also has a bespoke seconds hand with the orange tip and a very special case back with the RNLI logo and motto along with an engraved serial number.
